Description
Protect your computer and essential electronics from power cuts, voltage fluctuations and electrical surges with the VIDA Armour 1200VA UPS Battery Backup. Delivering up to 1200VA / 720W of power, the ARM1200 provides temporary battery backup during an outage, giving you valuable time to save your work and safely shut down connected equipment.
Its line-interactive design with Automatic Voltage Regulation (AVR) helps stabilise incoming power during voltage fluctuations, while surge protection and EMI/RFI filtering provide additional protection for sensitive electronics. A clear LCD display makes it easy to monitor the UPS at a glance.
1200VA / 720W Power Protection
With a maximum capacity of 1200VA / 720W, the Armour is designed for equipment such as desktop PCs, monitors, networking hardware and other compatible electronics.
During a power failure, the UPS automatically switches to battery operation in approximately 6ms.
Automatic Voltage Regulation
Built-in Automatic Voltage Regulation (AVR) helps compensate for fluctuations in mains voltage without unnecessarily switching to battery power.
This helps protect connected equipment against brownouts, undervoltage and other unstable power conditions.
Battery Backup During Power Cuts
Two internal 12V 7Ah sealed lead-acid batteries provide temporary power when mains electricity fails.
VIDA states a recharge time of approximately 8 hours to 90% capacity, while actual backup runtime depends on the amount of equipment connected.
Six Power Outlets
The ARM1200 provides a useful combination of:
3 × UK Type G mains sockets
3 × IEC sockets
This gives customers flexibility when connecting PCs, monitors and other compatible equipment.
LCD Display
The integrated LCD display, LED indicators and audible alarm provide easy-to-understand information about the UPS and alert you to important power events.
Network Surge Protection
Two RJ45 ports provide surge protection for network connections, while full-time EMI/RFI filtering helps protect sensitive equipment from electrical interference.
USB Monitoring
A USB connection allows the UPS to communicate with compatible computer monitoring software, providing additional control and monitoring capabilities.
