Description
The Belling Cookcentre 100E is a substantial 100cm electric range cooker designed for busy households that need plenty of cooking capacity and the flexibility to prepare several dishes at the same time. Combining two separate ovens, a dedicated grill, a five-zone ceramic hob, an additional warming zone and useful storage, the CC100EBLK provides a complete cooking centre in a striking black finish.
Across its cooking cavities, the Cookcentre provides approximately 157 litres of usable oven and grill capacity. The separate cavities allow different foods to be cooked simultaneously at different temperatures, making the range cooker particularly useful for large family meals, entertaining, batch cooking and occasions such as Christmas when oven space is at a premium.
The main 64-litre fan oven circulates hot air evenly around the cavity, allowing food to cook consistently across different shelf positions. It also features Belling's dedicated AirFry function, providing a convenient way to achieve crisp results with little or no added oil.
A specially designed AirFry basket is included. Its open construction allows hot air to circulate around the food more effectively, making it ideal for chips, wedges, vegetables, chicken and other foods where a crisp finish is desirable.
Alongside the main oven is a separate 60-litre conventional electric oven. Conventional top-and-bottom heating provides a different cooking environment from the fan oven and is particularly useful for traditional baking and roasting. Having two independently controlled ovens also means different dishes can be prepared simultaneously without having to compromise on cooking temperature.
Above the conventional oven is a dedicated 33-litre grill compartment with a full-width variable electric grill. Keeping the grill separate means you don't have to sacrifice oven capacity whenever grilling food.
Across the top of the cooker is a spacious ceramic hob featuring five cooking zones plus a separate warming zone. The smooth ceramic glass provides plenty of room for multiple saucepans and frying pans, while the warming area is useful for keeping cooked dishes warm while the rest of the meal is being prepared.
A programmable touch-control timer provides convenient management of cooking times, while the fascia cooling system helps keep the control area cooler during operation.
Easy-clean enamel throughout the cooking cavities helps simplify maintenance by providing a smooth surface from which cooking residue can be wiped away. Removable shelves and shelf runners make more thorough cleaning easier.
A dedicated storage compartment provides useful additional room for baking trays, roasting tins and other cookware, making good use of the Cookcentre's generous 100cm footprint.
Finished in black and measuring just under one metre wide, the Belling Cookcentre CC100EBLK combines the capacity and flexibility expected from a range cooker with an all-electric ceramic cooking system, dedicated AirFry functionality and multiple independent cooking cavities.
