Made from recycled cast aluminium, the pan heats quickly and evenly across the cooking surface. Its full-disc base provides efficient heat transfer and makes the pan suitable for all common hob types, including induction.
The cooking surface features BergHOFF's CeraGreen ceramic non-stick coating. This PFAS-free coating provides excellent food release, allowing you to cook with little or no added oil while making the pan easier to clean after use.
A clever detachable handle adds extra versatility. Remove the handle to transfer the pan from the hob directly into the oven at temperatures up to 230°C, or detach it when storing the pan to save valuable cupboard space.
With its sleek Phantom finish and practical everyday design, this 24cm frying pan is a versatile addition to the kitchen.
