Removable Stainless-Steel Rack
The included removable rack keeps meat and poultry elevated above the base of the roasting pan. This allows hot air to circulate around the food for more even cooking while allowing excess fat and juices to drain into the pan below.
Remove the rack when you want to use the pan for vegetables, gratins, lasagne or other oven-cooked dishes.
