Power Output

Four AC outlets (230V EU Schuko) deliver up to 2,400W continuously, with a 4,000W peak for short bursts. SurgePad™ technology extends this to 3,000W for heat-generating appliances such as kettles, heaters, and hair dryers - devices that typically trip lower-rated power stations. For device charging, two USB-C PD ports deliver up to 140W each, alongside a 15W USB-C port, a 12W USB-A port, and a 12V/10A car outlet.

Charging Speed & Solar Input

Via AC wall charging, the C2000 Gen 2 accepts up to 2,300W, bringing the unit from empty to full in approximately 49 minutes - fast by any measure for a 2,048Wh station. For off-grid use, it accepts solar input up to 800W via the XT60i connector (11–60V). When both AC and solar are connected simultaneously, solar power takes priority and AC supplies the balance — making the most of available renewable energy without requiring manual switching.

UPS Home Backup

The C2000 Gen 2 can be used as an Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) for connected devices. In the event of a mains power outage, it switches automatically to battery power in under 10 milliseconds - fast enough that routers, computers, and other sensitive equipment continue running without interruption or restart.

Expandable Capacity

The base unit provides 2,048Wh, which is sufficient for most short-term backup or off-grid needs. For extended use, one additional expansion battery can be connected - the BP2000 brings total capacity to 4,096Wh, and the BP3000 brings it to 5,120Wh. This makes the C2000 Gen 2 a scalable solution that can grow with your power requirements over time.

Battery Technology & Longevity

The C2000 Gen 2 uses LiFePO4 (LFP) battery chemistry, which offers a significantly longer cycle life than standard lithium-ion alternatives. It is rated for 4,000+ charge cycles to 80% capacity - the equivalent of over a decade of regular daily use. LFP chemistry also operates more safely at higher temperatures and degrades more gradually than other battery types.

App Control

The Anker app connects via Wi-Fi or Bluetooth and provides real-time monitoring of charge status, power consumption, and connected devices. From the app, users can set upper and lower charge limits to protect long-term battery health, configure Time-of-Use (TOU) scheduling to charge during lower-rate electricity periods, and manage paired expansion batteries.

Practical Design

At 18.9kg and 459 × 250 × 257mm, the C2000 Gen 2 is compact enough to be moved between locations - garage to kitchen, home to van - without specialist lifting equipment. It is designed to sit on a flat surface or be stored in a cupboard or utility area without taking up excessive space.
